A Helper's Dying Breath...
Hello Talented Gamers! (and people who have just stumbled upon us…hi!)
We’ll jump right into it with a new feature coming to the game in the next update.
Combo Meter:
The combo meter will be available to all classes.
A combo is begun when 10 kills are made in succession without taking damage. The combo meter will track your current combo, showing your kill count and your combo level.
The Combo Meter has 4 Combo Levels:
- Skilled - 10+ Kills
- Gifted - 25+ Kills
- Accomplished - 50+ Kills
- Talented - 100+ Kills
Each Combo Level will grant an Experience Bonus (10%, 25%, 50%, 100%)

In the last Devlog, we gave you a teaser of the new package system we’re bringing to the game. To see the Wizard’s package, check out the previous Devlog linked here.
For those of you that didn’t read the last Devlog (no hard feelings…) The packages planned for the classes will include three talents and an ability each. These have been designed so that the talents and ability are stronger together than standalone talents. They have also been made specifically to work with the new combo meter.
Packages:
Archer - Who's Counting?
Talents:
[Brutal Bounty] (Rare) - Killing 10 enemies grants increased attack damage for 3 seconds.
[Sanguine Bounty] (Rare) - Killing 10 enemies restores 5 HP.
[Bountiful Bounty] (Epic) - Killing 10 enemies grants a huge sack of experience gems. Ability cooldowns are increased by 25%.
Ability:
[Faulty Shrink Ray] - Fire a beam of energy, shrinking all enemies in a direction then duplicating them.
Here’s a preview of the ability. The Lorges ain’t so lorge anymore!
Warrior - Triple S
Talents:
[Savage Combo] (Rare) - Once per night, reaching the Gifted combo level permanently increases your attack speed by 5%
[Sweet Combo] (Rare) - Once per night, reaching the Gifted combo level permanently increases your magic points by 5.
[Smokin' Combo] (Epic) - Each combo level grants 20% ability cooldown reduction. Parry chance is reduced to 0%.
Ability:
[Frenzy] - Increase your attack speed by 25% and set your parry chance to 100% for 3 seconds.
Summoner - Delightfully Devilish
Talents:
[Grim Sacrifice] (Rare) - Helpers have a 5% chance to spawn a mini bone pile when dying in combat.
[Worthy Sacrifice] (Rare) - Helpers have a 10% chance to drop experience gems when dying in combat.
[Ghastly Sacrifice] (Epic) - Helpers spawn a buster upon death, knocking back enemies it passes through. Attack speed is reduced by 25%, ability cooldowns are increased by 25%.

Ability:
[Grave Contract] - Instantly kill all active helpers and gain 5% attack speed and cooldown reduction for each. Lasts 5 seconds.
