Talented 0.6.12 - Underground Atmosphere

Hello Talented Gamers!

It's what everyone has been waiting for! The 0.6.12 Talented release is here, and there's a ton of new stuff.

New Environment

As mentioned in our devlogs we've completely revamped the Talented world. 

The new realtime lighting and ambient fog give Talented a more modern feel while keeping the essence of the retro games that inspired it. 

Keep an eye out for subtle changes that occur as you get deeper into your runs! Lots more to come.

New UI

We've redesigned the entire in-game UI. You should have far more breathing room now, allowing you to focus on the action. 

We've even added a few juicy polish touches to make important game events stand out.

New Enemy

The Gulf has entered the Talented dungeon! A tricksy mole who can dodge your attacks only to re-appear and strike from behind.

New Talents

This handful of new Talents should spice things up a bit in your runs.

For Archer - The return of an old favourite Three Hit Mechanic is a win condition in itself, but it may come at a huge cost!

For Wizard - Magical Hat offers more Talent Tree rule bending. It's crazy how many options you can get for yourself with this one!

For Warrior - Greed is good with Blood Pact. The nights may be easier, but how long can you survive your end of the deal?

For Summoner - Boosting your snails was always a fun idea, but rarely paid off in the late game. With this Talent, Snail builds become a lot more appealing.

Bugs and Balance

We've fixed a ton of bugs and rebalanced much of the game. Here are some highlights:

- Elite Skelebobs now resurrect in their elite form. 
- Speed multiplier is now removed after a run ends
- Improved the shield placement and size for elite Mega Blobs
- Stopped Hemomancy from healing in certain situations
- Blank Talent Mastery is now working correctly
- 1UP and Hemomancy both have minor downsides (in line with other legendary talents)

And tons, tons more! I didn't even mention the improved Wizard and Archer basic attacks or some of the other UI and UX improvements we've added. You'll have to go and find those yourself!
