Devlog #12 - For The Veterans


Hello Legendary Talents!

As promised, the time between devlogs has been slightly reduced! 

I've had a little more time to work on Talented over the holidays, so on top of my work on the new Summoner Class (more about him next update!) I've also been adding some features that have been frequently asked for by veteran players. 

Here goes nothing!

Fast Forward Time

When you've mastered Talented, the early part of a run can feel a little dry, so I've added the option to speed things up.


This should help you breeze through the early days and jump straight to the challenge.

Legendary Foresight

It is now possible to see Legendary Talents without lighting them up!

This should help make your runs more consistent and allow you to work towards powerful builds right from day 1!

Talents Breakdown

I've added a new Talents breakdown screen to the Run Info panel (the ? in the top right corner of the Talent Tree)

For now this will only display 12 talents (Legendarys and Rares will always appear first) but I will expand this panel further in future updates to help you easily review your build.

So there you have it! A handful of features that have been asked for more than once.

Now work on the Summoner is coming to a close I've also been tackling the bug list. This update I'm hoping to address;

  • The ghost attack bug (where an attack is fired but the character doesn't animate).
  • Dive deeper into the unpurchasable talent bug.
  • Issues with enemies flickering on top of each other while walking towards the player character.

Next update will include more information on the Summoner's Abilities and Talents, so keep an eye out for that!
